Performing other duties assigned by his managers/directors.
Working with clients, relevant authorities and third parties when required.
Consulting clients on legal matters/projects relating to foreign direct investment (FDI), including setting up of new investment projects, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Providing legal advice on civil, investment, enterprise, business, commerce, labor, real estate, construction laws.
Drafting, reviewing contracts as well as other relevant documents and participating in negotiation/discussion on those documents where necessary.

At least 3- 5 years experienced in legal practice.
Up to date of information technology trend.
Having strong analytical and legal writing skills.
Bachelor of laws (Master of laws shall be preferable).
Lawyer training course and/or the lawyer certificate shall be advantage.
