Logistics Supervisor

Strategize with various internal business units and vendors to identify opportunities for continuous improvements to the current supply chain network.
Other duties as assigned by above.
Oversight, and report regularly to senior management about progress, plans, and problems that could affect costs or schedules.
Seek and assist in process improvement and operation cost saving.
Update daily delivery report and KPI accurately and on time
Maintain team work, productive working environment.
Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are effectively assigned and properly completed.
Maintain budgetary, scheduling, and project database.
Ensure truck availability/punctuality/condition check as truck plan.
Working closely with warehouse, vendor, distributor for planning the departure & arrival time of the fleet and ensure that the on time performance is properly managed.
Daily communicate with vendor and relevant parties to get smooth operation and seek for improvement.
Handling complaints about logistics.
Follow up the vendor on time delivery and other agreed KPIs.
Deploy trainings to vendor, driver in receiving and delivery process to avoid any mistake and errors in delivery service.
Help develop and implement transportation cost- savings programs for year- over- year savings.

At least 2- 3 years in the transport.
Experience in transportation/logistics operations planning and execution.
Good at Communication in both English & VNese and problem solving.
Having high sense of responsibility, careful, able to work under pressure, honest, voluntary, eager to learn.
Skilled to handle situations quickly, flexibly and solve problems effectively.
Analytical thinking to consume data and plans and formulate working logistics processes and structures for shuttles and line haul planning and.
Having Time and Job planning management.
Understand the network movements of the transportation network, liaise with related stakeholder.
Excellence in MS Excel, Word,Powerpoint. Familiar with ERP is a great advantage
