Logistics Supervisor (Đồng Nai)

Prepare documents and internal process for Customs Audit/annual Customs Audit
Control customs declaration activities daily.
Handling process related to customs report management monthly/quarterly/yearly
Work with 3rd party for customs and trucking to catch up delivery plan
Manage 3P’s performance to ensure that the agreed service level agreement is met
Coordinate with related departments/Suppliers to to coordinate and handle documentation for the inbound (Material, Spare- part, machinery,..) in accordance with the required import plan/production plan.
Support Accounting Department to control customs liquidation report and upload report to customs systems directly.
Solving problems at customer place in case technical issues occur upon our provided products.
Handle SAP process for the inbound and related process regarding orders.
Work with Service company to get the quotation of Customs/Trucking service at the competitive rates and services.

Experience in customs declaration, FTA & C/O application knowledge is preferred.
Experience in handling customs issues, strong in VN governments, customs liquidation reports.
Skills: Interpersonal, analytical thinking skills, Problem Solving & Decision- making, Negotiation and Communication.
Computing: Microsoft office (Words/Excel/PP file), SAP systems, Customs systems.
Experience: at least 4 years in Logistics/Import- Export functions in manufacturing and EPE/FDI companies.
Previous experience working with Customs brokers, forwarders, transport providers and international
Language: English fluently
Required qualification: Bachelor’s degree in international trade/Logistics & supply Chain.
