Logistics Executive (Warehouse Operation)

Performance Management
+ Regularly interface with warehouse teams to ensure customer orders are shipped quickly, accurately and delivered on time
+ Daily management of inhouse – HUB and 3PL partners performance against established KPI’s and agreed upon SLA’s (ship speed, on time shipping, etc.)
+ Analyze the performance of carriers and develop operational processes to optimize their efficiency
+ Conduct weekly, monthly, and annual performance reviews of transportation partners to ensure compliance with service- level agreements (SLAs).
BIN’s Management
(BIN: Orders are packed in plastic box (BIN) => customers will return it to warehouse)
+ Monitor BIN’s inventory control processes to minimize stockouts and shrinkage while optimizing warehouse space and cost utilization.
+ Daily management and daily report of Bin’s return flow with HUBs to ensure BIN’s quantities for packing
Problem Solving & Coordination:
+ Address ad- hoc issues by proactively contacting carriers and coordinating with internal departments to resolve operational problems.
+ Manage backlogs and work closely with the team to address any delays or issues in the supply chain.
Process Improvement:
+ Innovatively propose new business models and ideas to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the delivery process.
+ Continuously seek ways to improve transportation workflows and optimize logistics operations.

Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should ideally have the following qualifications and skills:
Experience:
· Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
· At least 1+ year of experience in logistics or the e- commerce industry.
· Deep knowledge of the truckload industry and linehaul operations.
Technical Skills:
· Hands- on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Delivery/Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
· Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills:
· Strong problem- solving skills and the ability to deal with unexpected challenges.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross- functional teams.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to work with numbers and data.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage large workloads.
· Good time management and multitasking abilities.
