Productivity and Cost Management

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and cost- effectiveness.
Collect, clean, and analyze logistics data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Inventory and Operations Management

Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data collection, reporting, and analysis.Logistics Dashboard Management

Data Analysis and Reporting

Analyze logistics cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings.Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, transportation costs, and service levels.

Ensure accuracy and generate report for decision making Identify improvements for efficiency
Logistics Dashboard Monitoring, Track Key logistics metric and trends
Create Dashboard based on operational demands

Work closely with warehouse operations teams to ensure accurate inventory data management.Identify inefficiencies in supply chain operations and recommend data- driven solutions.

Analyze claims data to identify root causes and propose solutions to minimize losses.Monitor and evaluate logistics operations to reduce risks and errors in order fulfillment and transportation.

SOP Management

Claim Handling and Risk Management

Able to work independently and able to multi- task.
Working experience in Logistic company (Logistic Dept) is preferred
At least 3 years of relevant work experience
Possess well communication & interpersonal skills.
Able to work under high pressure and work over time.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power point, word), others tool for report.
Colleges/ University graduate with relevant majors (Logistics, economics, Import- export )

OT should be compensated based on gross salary
