Logistic Supervisor – Giám sát kho vận

Objectives:

The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for managing the delivery in assigned locations.
Manage and control costs.
Overseeing the daily operation in assigned locations, preparing plan for correction, prevention, and improvement.
Manage and coordinate logistics transportation and delivery.
Implement the guidelines and follow up the implementation in assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate the logistics team and delivery drivers, provide regular coaching and training.
Ensure the daily KPI achievement and timely update of undelivered orders for resolution.
Oversee the daily operation in assigned locations and prepare daily/weekly/monthly report together with action plans for correction, prevention, improvement.
Collect and check documents and invoices for payment, ensuring information is correct and transparent.
Ensure suppliers follow delivery procedures correctly.
Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
Implement the process adhere to policies and regulations and ensure the smooth operation. Propose the improvement plan for operation to enhance the efficiency.
Prepare the monthly accrual and verify the operation cost in assigned locations.
Together with Management Team, work with key stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend solutions to overcome.

Key skill and requirement:

Hands on experience with supply chain management software and applications
1- 2 years of previous work experience in a logistics role
Diploma in College/ University or equivalent
Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact and contribution to business success
Demonstrated ability to take the initiative
