Logistic Executive (Warehouse)

Warehouse Management

Coordinate with internal departments and warehouse teams to align logistics operations with business plans (e.g., store openings, events, and promotions).
Proactively identify and resolve issues between stores, suppliers, and the warehouse.
Track warehouse KPIs and productivity to ensure performance meets company standards.
Track delivery schedules for new items, equipment, and store supply requests; ensure timely follow- up.
Monitor daily inbound and outbound activities at the warehouse to ensure timely processing.
Participate in monthly and quarterly stocktaking and reconciliation with the warehouse partner (CJ).

Order Planning

Track the status and allocation of new SKUs in accordance with internal processes and timelines.
Coordinate and update internal departments on supplier delivery progress.
Place purchase orders with suppliers and follow up on delivery schedules based on business needs.

General Administration

Manage and maintain relevant logistics documentation and records.
Prepare reports as required by direct management.
Escalate issues and provide timely updates to supervisors when necessary.

Education & Knowledge

Knowledge of logistics operations and retail or convenience store supply chains is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

Experience

Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or order planning and working with third- party logistics providers is preferred.

Skills & Abilities

Effective communication and coordination skills.
Strong problem- solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and warehouse management software.
