Job Description:
Main PIC- Project Management PIC to see plans for Mega livestream well executed
Main PIC to track Master Timeline- follow up with other teams to ensure deadlines are met & deliverables&039; quality
Details planning- i.e PnL, Assortment List, Targets, platform support, guests,...
PRE- LIVE
Commercial Planning: product assortments & other aspects (guest lists, targets, Brand partnerships)
Prepare info slides
Work & QC Warehouse team to make sure product samples are collected & presented professionally before livestream
Production- Work alongside Production team to QC & Streamline production set up of Livestream concept/venue according to planned budget
Finalize contracts with brands & partners
Work with Manager for Human Resources Plan for the livestream sessions
Content- Work alongside Content team to QC & Streamline Livestream Concept/Set- up, teasers, Posters & thumbnails
DURING LIVE
Continuously pin deal & control sample flow
Main moderator- discuss with brand, control deal highlight/ATC flow, monitor pfm & livestream mood
POST- LIVE
Review pfm & feedback to adjust if needed
Follow next steps in invoice/contracts and chase brands to retrieve money & solution if livestream did not go well
Work with Inventory to ensure all samples are logged
Job Requirements:
Desire to learn and gain knowledge and experience in E- commerce and TikTok/Shopee Livestream.
Proficient in using data to evaluate, make decisions, and find solutions for problems.
Soft skills in managing timelines, projects, relevant stakeholders, and teams.
Experience working with creators/KOC/KOL/Brands in livestreaming on TikTok/Shopee is an advantage.
Proficient office skills (Google Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at a decent level.
At least 1 year of experience in Sales or Key Account Management in the E- commerce sector.
Ability to prioritize and approach work logically.
Proactive mindset in work and communication.
