Livestream Operation Assistant (Trợ Lý Vận Hành Livestream)

Work location: Lazada Office, District 1, HCMC.
Handle livestream- related tasks assigned by Line Managers.
Assist senior team members in planning and executing livestream product assortments.
Support livestream business operations, including but not limited to: voucher management, traffic coordination, livestream preparation and execution.
Track and optimize assortment performance.
Collaborate with MCNs to ensure livestream content quality and optimize performance.
Working time: 9AM- 6PM, Monday- Friday.
Monitor and report livestream performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Strong data- handling and analytical skills.
Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience).
Self- motivated, eager to learn, with a high sense of ownership.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in e- commerce, digital companies, or a similar role.
Willingness to work outside standard office hours when required.

100% salary during the probationary period.

Gross salary: 10M- 11M/month.
Allowance: 1,190,000 VND.
Participating in social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance according to the state&039;s regime.
Holidays and Tet holidays according to state regulations.
