Lifeguard Supervisor - Park Hyatt Phu Quoc - Pre - opening stage

Thực hiện báo cáo ngày/tuần: số lượng khách, incident/near- miss, tình trạng thiết bị, đề xuất cải tiến an toàn.Prepare daily/weekly reports: guest count, incidents/near- misses, equipment status and safety improvement actions.
Trực tiếp xử lý tình huống khẩn cấp: cứu hộ, sơ cứu/CPR; phối hợp FO/Security/Clinic/ambulance và lập báo cáo incident.Lead emergency responses: rescues, first aid/CPR; coordinate with FO/Security/Clinic/ambulance and complete incident reports.
Phối hợp Recreation/Spa/Housekeeping/Engineering để đảm bảo vệ sinh, setup khu vực (khăn, ghế nằm, dù, amenities) và xử lý sự cố.Coordinate with Recreation/Spa/Housekeeping/Engineering on cleanliness, area setup (towels, loungers, umbrellas, amenities) and issue handling.
Phân công ca, bố trí vị trí trực, điều phối đội lifeguard; kiểm soát tác phong, kỷ luật và hiệu suất làm việc.Schedule shifts, assign posts and coordinate the lifeguard team; monitor grooming, discipline and performance.
Quản lý vật tư, trang thiết bị khu vực hồ bơi: kiểm kê, đề xuất bổ sung/thay thế, kiểm soát hư hỏng/thất thoát.Manage pool area supplies and equipment: inventory, replenishment/replacement requests and loss/breakage control.
Theo dõi và đảm bảo chất lượng nước (theo phân công): đo pH/clo/nhiệt độ, ghi log và phối hợp Engineering xử lý bất thường.Monitor water quality (as assigned): pH/chlorine/temperature checks, logging and coordinate with Engineering for abnormalities.
Đào tạo và hướng dẫn đội ngũ về quy trình an toàn, SOP cứu hộ, sơ cứu; tổ chức diễn tập định kỳ.Train and coach the team on safety procedures, rescue SOPs and first aid; conduct regular drills.
Kiểm tra trước ca tình trạng an toàn khu vực và thiết bị cứu hộ (phao, sào, bộ sơ cứu, AED…); đảm bảo sẵn sàng 100%.Conduct pre- shift checks on area safety and lifesaving equipment (buoys, poles, first- aid kit, AED, etc.) to ensure full readiness.
Giám sát vận hành khu vực hồ bơi/bãi biển, đảm bảo an toàn tuyệt đối và tuân thủ nội quy.Supervise pool/beach operations to ensure maximum safety and rule compliance.

Có kỹ năng điều phối ca, quản lý đội nhóm, đào tạo và kiểm soát kỷ luật.Ability to lead shifts, manage a team, train staff and enforce discipline.
Giao tiếp tốt; tiếng Anh khá là lợi thế để làm việc với khách quốc tế.Good communication; decent English is a plus for international guests.
Bơi giỏi, thể lực tốt; phản ứng nhanh, bình tĩnh và quyết đoán trong tình huống khẩn cấp.Strong swimming skills and fitness; quick, calm and decisive in emergencies.
Sẵn sàng làm ca/kíp, cuối tuần và Lễ/Tết.Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
Có chứng chỉ Lifeguard còn hiệu lực; bắt buộc có chứng chỉ sơ cứu/CPR/AED (hoặc sẵn sàng hoàn thiện ngay khi nhận việc).Valid lifeguard certification; first aid/CPR/AED certification required (or willing to complete immediately).
Nắm vững quy trình an toàn hồ bơi, sơ cứu và cứu hộ; hiểu nguyên tắc quản trị rủi ro/near- miss.Strong knowledge of pool safety, rescue and first- aid procedures; understanding of risk/near- miss management.
Tối thiểu 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm Lifeguard; ưu tiên đã làm Team Leader/Supervisor tại khách sạn/resort.Minimum 1–2 years of lifeguard experience; team leader/supervisor experience in hotels/resorts preferred.
