Legal Staff

- Carry out and manage the licensing matters and procedures with competent authorities (e.g., IRC, ERC, LURC, etc.)
- Other works assigned by superior and GD
- Prepare and provide relevant support in legal and corporate compliance matters such as Board Meeting resolutions, Members Council resolutions and the relevant meeting minutes
- Assist members of BOD in translation matter
- Translate relevant legal documents between Vietnamese and English (e.g., MOU, land sublease agreement, lease agreement, certificates, licenses, contract, etc.)
- Prepare and review relevant internal corporate documents, approvals, and decisions
- Collect, arrange, and manage all legal documents
- Draft and review contracts, dispatch, reports related to project
- Carry and/ or manage licensing process, receive and check project legal documents
- Provide relevant administrative support to the project team
- Check the legality of the legal issues arising upon request

- Bachelor degree in law
- Working at law firms or as an inhouse legal at real estate companies would be a preference
- Analytical thinker with good conceptual and research skills
- Good attitude: honest, hard- working, logical thinking, good communication, attention to details
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in real estate legal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good Microsoft Office (word, excel, ppt)
- Must have good English skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
