Legal Specialist (Contract Management)

We are seeking a Legal Specialist (Contract management) to support Crossian’s legal administration and contract review processes across multiple international markets.
This role focuses on reviewing and managing commercial agreements with international partners, particularly in the United States and China, ensuring legal clarity, contractual consistency, and risk mitigation in business operations.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners in a fast- paced global e- commerce environment.

Contract Review & Legal Support

Identify legal risks, ambiguous terms, and contractual inconsistencies, and propose appropriate revisions.
Review and support the drafting of commercial contracts, service agreements, and partnership contracts.
Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and international business practices.

International Partner Contracts

Review and manage contracts with international partners, particularly in the United States and China.
Handle agreements with:

- - US- based models, business partners, and professional consultants
- - Vietnam- based service providers
- - China- based factories and warehouse partners
Legal Documentation & Coordination

Support internal teams in clarifying contractual terms with international partners when necessary.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution and compliance.
Maintain and manage contract records and legal documentation through a structured online and offline filing system, ensuring proper organization, traceability, and record integrity.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Education

M is a strong advantage
B (Bachelor of Laws) is required

Experience

Experience handling contracts with international partners
In- depth knowledge of Commercial Law, Contract Law, Labor Law, Advertising Law, etc.
Experience working in multinational or international business environments
Background in e- commerce, retail, or fashion- related businesses is a plus
3–5+ years of experience in corporate law/litigation, contract review, or commercial legal support
Prior exposure to US and China- related commercial agreements is highly preferred

Ability to work effectively with cross- functional business teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify legal risks and propose practical solutions
Strong contract review and legal reasoning capabilities
Capable of working independently and taking ownership of assigned tasks.

Language

Ability to review and communicate contractual matters in English
Professional English proficiency required (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent)
