Legal Specialist (Chuyên Viên Pháp Lý)

We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Specialist to support our legal operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and managing various legal documents, including commercial contracts, NDAs, and MOUs, and will work closely with internal business teams and external partners.

Assist in the development and improvement of internal contract templates and legal processes.
Identify legal risks in business transactions and propose practical solutions.
Review and manage NDAs and MOUs with potential business partners for new business development.
Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned.
Renew or acquire business license.
Support contract negotiations in coordination with sales, procurement, and business development teams.
Support compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
Review, draft, and revise commercial contracts with customers and suppliers.
Make legal documents relevant to Annual General Meeting.

Education & General

Age: Around 25
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related legal discipline

Technical Skills

Strong attention to detail and logical thinking skills
Experience: Around 3 years of work experience in legal affairs, contract management, or a related field (experience at a law firm or as an in- house legal staff is a plus)
Ability to read and review contracts in English independently
Solid understanding of basic contract law and legal documentation
Business- level English proficiency (reading, writing, and communication required)
Familiar with Microsoft 365

Able to balance legal rigor with practical business considerations
Responsible and reliable with a strong sense of ownership
Proactive and willing to learn
