Legal Specialist

JOB PURPOSE:

Assist several legal tasks of Legal & Compliance Department

KEY ACTIVITY:
Company licences:

Handle the certificates, licenses of De Heus Vietnam and affiliates of De Heus Group in Vietnam

​2. Legal supports:

Ensuring activities within De Heus and member companies comply with the provisions of law and internal regulations of De Heus Group;
Draft, review and consult the transactions, agreements in the scope of delegation.
Support to solve disputes, complaints or legal proceeding of litigation, participate in supporting the resolution of disputes/litigations of the Company/Member Companies in accordance with the instructions of Head of Licences and/or Legal Manager.

Administration works:

Preserves all legal documents.

Legal research:

Research and update the new regulations.

Others:

Others as assigned by supervisor

RESULTS:

Preserves all legal documents safety, carefully and can be accessed in fast
Obtains all necessary certificates, licenses of De Heus Vietnam and affiliates of De Heus Group in Vietnam.
Ensures that all required contracts being reviewed carefully and timely.
Quickly research and timely update.
Basing on the evaluation of supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Law.

EXPERIENCE

3 – 5 years of experience in legal.

LANGUAGE(S):

Good at English in both writing and speaking skills
