Legal Senior SpecialistUrgent job Panasonic Vietnam Co.,ltd

The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
• Legal affairs
- Conduct Compliance training for internal needs.
- Implement activities for promoting compliance culture
- Provide legal consultation for business activities and other relevant aspects.
- Work with Govt authorities for company procedures & compliance to laws
- Review the implementation of Corporate compliance policies & procedures.
- Contracts review, advice and negotiation with related parties.
• Corporate Governance & Risk Management
- Support in building a strong corporate governance system in place
- Assess Compliance & operational risks for counter measures
• Other supporting tasks relating to Legal and compliance as assigned.
(Location: flexible to move to other office locations in HCMC and Binh Duong)

• Good computer skill especially Powerpoint .
• BA degree of Law
• Working experience in sales, manufacturing environment and business activities like marketing, customs, supply chains, etc. will be preferred.
• Communication, planning skills.
• Having at least 4- year experience in doing Legal affairs
