Legal Manager

We are looking for a Legal Manager who will responsible for all legal matters at Galaxy Education.
Legal Strategy & Compliance

Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on operations.
Identify, assess, and manage legal risks across the Company and its subsidiaries.
Develop and implement legal and compliance strategies aligned with business objectives.
Advise CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Management on key legal and business matters.

Corporate Governance & Commercial Support

Oversee corporate governance matters, including corporate structure, internal policies, and corporate resolutions.
Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, education, data protection, and related regulations.
Provide legal support to business and operations teams.
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage key commercial contracts.

M&A, Investments & Strategic Transactions

Advise on transaction structures, legal risks, and mitigation solutions.
Support deal execution and post- transaction legal matters.
Coordinate and work with external legal advisors and consultants.
Lead legal aspects of M&A, investments, fundraising, and strategic transactions.

Disputes & Legal Operations

Manage the in- house legal team, external counsel, and legal budgets.
Continuously improve legal processes and risk management frameworks.
Work with external counsel and authorities as required.
Oversee disputes, complaints, inspections, and litigation matters.

Bachelor’s degree in Law (Business Law, Economic Law, or Commercial Law).
Experience in managing, coaching, and motivating a legal team, with the ability to develop team capabilities and foster collaboration.
Strong legal mindset with a practical, business- oriented approach, able to balance legal risks with business needs.
Solid knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and labor law; experience in M&A or strategic transactions is a strong advantage.
4–6 years of experience in in- house legal roles or reputable law firms.
Good command of English for professional working purposes.
