Legal Intern/ Thực Tập Sinh Pháp Chế

Perform professional duties:

To support contracts and other documents signing.
To prepare and submit documents in the fields of foreign investment, enterprises, intellectual property, etc.
To update and support the legal department in advising on legal information related to the Company’s field of activity.
To support English- Vietnamese translation.
To provide other support to the direct manager that may be required
To perform legal research as needed
To provide administrative support to the direct manager as needed
To draft, review contracts and other documents

Perform other duties as required by direct manager

1 Expertise
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Final year at University in Law, especially the major in business law or international commercial law.
3 Skills/Qualities
Relevant experience with a law firm, a corporation or an international organization is desirable.
2 Experience
- Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written) and writing skills;
- Computer proficiency: MS Office applications.
- In the event that a candidate decides to leave the program without the company&039;s consent, the candidate is responsible for reimbursing the entire training cost to the company. The training fee will be discussed with the candidate before signing the commitment to participate in the program;

- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Working hours: a minimum of 8 sessions per week;
- Strong organizational and research skills;
- The ability to follow instructions accurately, the ability to absorb large amounts of complex information and attention to detail;
- Work under minimum supervision and tight deadlines;
- Writing a thesis is one of the job requirements at the company.
- Always strive to complete the program, including at least one year after graduation;

Development: Being appointed to higher positions when demonstrating work capacity;
Stipend: 4,000,000 VND/month before graduation. After graduation (full- time employment), the salary will be renegotiated.
