You will be responsible for all legal- related matters of PixOn, with a strong focus on:

You will work closely with leadership, HR/P&C, Product, Data, and external law firms.
Game industry compliance & platform policies
Employment & NDA enforcement
Intellectual Property protection
Risk prevention in people, data, and product operations

Employment, NDA & Internal Risk Control:- Draft, review, and enforce:+ NDA, Non- compete, Non- solicitation, Confidentiality agreements+ Employment contracts, ESOP agreements, exit documents- Advise leadership on:+employee exits, disputes, misconduct, and legal escalation+handling cases involving data access, trade secrets, or internal leaks- Work with P&C to build clear post- exit and conduct policies
External Legal Coordination & Dispute Handling:- Act as the main legal contact with: external law firms (Vietnam & international); publishers, partners, and platforms- Prepare legal notices, cease & desist letters, and formal communications- Support dispute resolution with partners, competitors, or former employees
Legal Governance & Training:- Build PixOn’s internal legal framework- Provide legal training to: leadership, managers, key teams on NDA, IP, data protection, and professional conduct
Game Industry & Platform Compliance:- Ensure PixOn’s products comply with:+ Google Play Store & Apple App Store policies+ international regulations applicable to mobile games- Review new game features, monetization mechanics, data usage, and live- ops events from a legal perspective- Advise on compliance risks when entering new markets
Intellectual Property (IP) & Trade Secret Protection:- Own all IP- related matters, including:+ trademarks, copyrights, game assets, source code ownership+ protection against cloning, infringement, or unfair competition- Coordinate with external counsels on:+ IP disputes (e.g. game cloning, look- and- feel cases)+ DMCA takedowns and platform enforcement- Build internal IP protection guidelines for teams

Must- Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); Bar qualification is a plus
Strong experience with: NDA & employment- related disputes, contract drafting & negotiation
3–7+ years of legal experience, preferably in: technology, game / digital products, IP- heavy industries
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Nice- to- Have:
Experience working with: game studios, tech startups, or international companies; IP disputes or platform policy enforcement
Familiarity with: Google Play & Apple App Store policies; data protection & trade secret cases
Experience coordinating with international law firms
