Legal Counsel (Fintech field- WFH/ Part-time opportunities)

Draft and check the legality of documents, contracts, agreements, commitments...;
Provide information/reports at the request of State agencies under the direction of the Director or Legal group;
Providing legal advice to group of the Company according to the fintech field;
Consulting on resolving complaints and disputes arising between the Company and partners, customers, and internally;
Carry out legal procedures related to the Company&039;s activities.

Have 1- 3 years of work experience in the FDI;
English communication.
Having experience in the Fintech field is an advantage;
Graduated from university majoring in Law
Have experience dealing with local government office, partner.
Know how to apply legal regulations to provide legal advice;
Understand the provisions of Vietnamese law on finance, banking, and businesses;

Working hours are flexible, part- time job/WFH is available
