Learning & Development Executive - Front Office

Assist with Designing and Implementing Training Programs

Develop and implement effective training programs.
Ensure staff members are equipped with necessary knowledge and skills.
Create professional and accessible training materials.
Evaluate and continuously improve training programs.

Conduct On- the- Job Training for Front Office Department

Monitor and support knowledge application in practice.
Focus on both technical skills and soft skills.
Ensure excellent guest service delivery.
Provide hands- on training and coaching to the front office team.

Support new hotel openings at different locations.
Transmit brand culture and standards.
Ensure consistency in service quality.
Build and train front office teams from the ground up.

Maintain up- to- date training records, schedules, and SOP libraries.
Implement and manage simple tools or an LMS (if applicable) to track training completion and compliance.

Observe and assess employee performance after training to identify career development opportunities or determine appropriate termination actions.
Act as a partner to operations leaders- advising on team development, coaching practices, and service training.
Create a friendly, healthy, and collaborative environment among colleagues in alignment with M Village’s culture.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Have experience in training and coaching staff in this major.
A proactive, positive attitude with a focus on growth and continuous improvement.

At least 3 years of experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Duty Manager in the hotel industry.
Willingness to travel to different locations across Vietnam.
