JOB DESCRIPTION
Support additional L&D- related tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess and identify Learning & Development (L&D) needs across departments.
Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored for IT professionals, ensuring alignment with industry trends.
Oversee training logistics, monitor budgets, and ensure seamless program execution.
Analyze training effectiveness through data- driven evaluations and generate insightful reports.
Manage the end- to- end execution of training plans in compliance with the company’s strategy and approved annual plans.
Work closely with internal trainers and external vendors to develop high- quality learning content.
Contribute to L&D initiatives, including internal events and activities that foster a continuous learning culture.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must- have:
Professional and well- groomed appearance.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, IT training, or instructional design.
Strong understanding of IT concepts, tools, and industry trends.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, HR, Education, or related fields.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Ability to influence and drive engagement in learning initiatives at mid- to- senior levels.
Proactive, self- motivated, and results- driven mindset.
Nice- to- have:
Proficiency in English; Korean is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e- learning tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and improve training effectiveness.
Basic design skills (image editing, video creation, etc.).
Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
Experience working in an IT company or tech- driven environment.
