Learning & Development and Internal Communication Supervisor

This role is critical in driving capability- building initiatives, managing our Learning Management System (LMS), and strengthening employee engagement through strategic internal communications.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
Learning & Development:

Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and leadership programs, ensuring impactful and engaging delivery.
Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs across all employee levels, including managers and supervisors.
Manage the full training cycle: needs analysis, program design, budgeting, delivery, and post- training evaluation.
Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), including administration, course uploads, learner support, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver customized learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Develop blended learning solutions, integrating classroom training, e- learning, and game- based learning platforms.

Internal Communications:

Develop multimedia content including newsletters, townhall presentations, briefing kits, infographics, and videos for company- wide initiatives.
Design and implement integrated internal communication plans aligned with company strategy.
Monitor communication effectiveness and provide regular reporting on engagement metrics.
Lead internal campaigns and employee engagement programs to build culture and foster organizational identity.
Support senior leaders with talking points, scripts, and presentations for employee engagement activities.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to measure program impact.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in instructional design, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Demonstrated expertise in LMS management and e- learning practices.

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with proven experience conducting programs for managers and supervisors.
• Creative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast- paced, hybrid work environment.
• 8–10 years of solid experience in Learning & Development and/or Internal Communications.
