Lead Software Engineer

We are looking for a salaried full- time Lead Developer (Backend) in Ho Chi Minh City (D1) to join us as soon as possible.
What would be your job at Teamflow?

You ensure that the team adheres to coding and other standards and follows CI/CD practices.
You orchestrate the developers in the HCMC office so that they deliver software in high- quality and on time.
You are highly capable in developing, testing, and maintaining applications yourself, following best practices and modern architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM).
You work productively with your Product Owner and Scrum Master to ensure alignment.

You actively provide constructive feedback and ensure the team aligns with company standards and best practices.
Agile software development practices and clean code are second nature to you.
You are a seasoned Java developer and ideally combine your skills in back- end development with front- end and/or AI engineering.
You are legally allowed to work in Vietnam.
