Lead QC Engineer QA QC, Tester, iOS, Android

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail- oriented Lead QC Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to take ownership of quality assurance across our products. In this role, you will lead the test strategy, planning, and execution, ensuring our software meets the highest standards of reliability, performance, and user experience. You will also mentor junior team members, collaborate closely with cross- functional teams, and continuously improve our QA processes.
Key Responsibilities

(Optional/Plus) Contribute to building automation test frameworks for web, mobile, or backend services.
Mentor and guide junior QC engineers, fostering a quality- first mindset across the team.
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback.
Drive and promote best practices in testing, ensuring alignment with Agile/Scrum development cycles.
Analyze test results, track defects, and proactively communicate quality risks and mitigation plans.
(Optional/Plus) Support continuous testing practices and CI/CD integration of automated tests.
Research and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve QA efficiency and effectiveness.
Design, review, and maintain manual test cases, ensuring full coverage of business and technical requirements.
Perform manual and exploratory testing to uncover defects and edge cases not captured by test scripts.
Lead and execute test strategy, planning, and execution across functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and quality standards.

Strong expertise in manual testing, test design, and defect management.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
ISTQB certification or equivalent is an advantage.
4–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control, with proven leadership in testing activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) is a plus.
Automation testing experience (Java, JavaScript, Python) or knowledge of automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Postman) and test management/bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
Ability to mentor, influence, and align cross- functional teams around quality goals.
Excellent problem- solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Solid understanding of API testing and experience working with databases (SQL, MongoDB).
