Lead Mobile App Developer (React Native / Full Stack)

We are hiring a Lead Mobile App Developer with full- stack ability who can work independently and take full ownership of every app project from front- end experience to backend logic. You will lead development for apps such as TravelGuard Trio, FindZ, OutFind, and the Savvy Shopify Store App.
What You Will Do
• Own the Entire Build
Plan, code, test, and launch mobile apps for iOS and Android using React Native or equivalent frameworks. Manage projects end to end with full accountability for results.
• Develop and Integrate
Build and maintain backend systems, APIs, and databases that connect payments, analytics, and user accounts. Handle both server and client logic with responsibility for stability and performance.
• Deploy and Maintain
Publish apps on the App Store and Google Play. Manage updates, compliance, and version control. Keep releases secure, fast, and reliable.
• Optimize and Improve
Analyze performance, track metrics, and make improvements proactively. Introduce new technologies and methods that enhance speed and reliability.
• Collaborate When Needed
Coordinate with designers, marketers, and other developers when necessary to align functionality with product goals, while remaining self- sufficient in execution.
