Phối hợp chuẩn bị Villa trước khi khách đến: kiểm tra setup, amenities, trang thiết bị và vệ sinh.Coordinate villa preparation prior to guest arrival: inspect setup, amenities, equipment and cleanliness.
Theo dõi và xử lý các yêu cầu phục vụ tại Villa: ăn uống, phương tiện di chuyển, trang trí, sự kiện cá nhân…Handle villa service requests: dining arrangements, transportation, decorations, private events, etc.
Phối hợp với Housekeeping, Culinary, Engineering và các bộ phận khác để đảm bảo dịch vụ trọn vẹn.Work closely with Housekeeping, Culinary, Engineering and other departments to ensure seamless villa service.
Đào tạo, hướng dẫn nhân viên mới về quy trình Butler/Villa Host, kỹ năng giao tiếp và nghệ thuật phục vụ cá nhân hóa.Train and mentor new team members on Butler/Villa Host procedures, communication skills and personalized service techniques.
Hỗ trợ quy trình check- in/check- out tại Villa, mang đến trải nghiệm đẳng cấp và riêng tư cho khách.Assist with villa check- in/check- out processes, delivering an elevated and private guest experience.
Kiểm tra minibar, amenities và các vật dụng cao cấp, đảm bảo đầy đủ và đúng tiêu chuẩn.Check minibar, amenities and premium items to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Giám sát tình trạng tài sản trong Villa, báo cáo các hư hỏng hoặc nhu cầu bảo trì.Monitor villa assets and report damages or maintenance needs.
Trực tiếp chăm sóc khách VIP hoặc khách có yêu cầu đặc biệt; đảm bảo mọi nhu cầu được đáp ứng kịp thời.Personally attend to VIP guests or guests with special requests, ensuring all needs are fulfilled promptly.
Giám sát và hỗ trợ đội ngũ Butler/Villa Host trong việc phục vụ khách lưu trú tại Villa, đảm bảo dịch vụ cá nhân hóa và tiêu chuẩn cao nhất.Supervise and support the Butler/Villa Host team in serving villa guests, ensuring personalized service and the highest standards.
Đóng vai trò là cầu nối giữa khách và khách sạn, đảm bảo sự hài lòng tối đa.Act as the key liaison between guests and the hotel to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Villa Manager/Rooms Division Manager.Perform other duties as assigned by the Villa Manager/Rooms Division Manager.

Tối thiểu 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm Butler/Villa Host, ưu tiên từng phục vụ khách VIP hoặc tại resort cao cấp.At least 2–3 years of experience as a Butler/Villa Host, preferably with VIP guest service or luxury resort experience.
Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp/Cao đẳng/Đại học ngành Du lịch – Khách sạn hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.Diploma, College or University degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related fields.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp xuất sắc, phong thái lịch thiệp, tự tin và chuyên nghiệp.Excellent communication skills with confident, polished and professional demeanor.
Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh; biết thêm ngoại ngữ khác là một lợi thế lớn.Strong English proficiency; additional languages are a significant advantage.
