Lead Full-Stack Developer – Up To 90M+

Technical Leadership (40%)
- Establish technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
- Identify technical risks and propose appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Define and drive system architecture: Microservices (Backend) and Micro- Frontend (Frontend).
- Conduct code reviews, provide mentoring, and ensure product quality.
- Lead the Full- Stack team in designing, developing, and operating large- scale web systems.
System Development (60%)

Backend Development

- Design and develop backend services using Java, Golang, Rust, or Node.js.
- Develop distributed systems based on Microservices architecture.
- Build secure and highly scalable APIs (REST / gRPC).
- Optimize performance and ensure scalability and reusability.

Frontend Development

- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement high- quality, responsive interfaces.
- Develop applications using ReactJS.
- Optimize performance and enhance user experience.
- Design and maintain Micro- Frontend architecture.

System & DevOps Collaboration

- Ensure system stability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Work with DevOps to build and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deploy and manage systems on Cloud platforms.

- Good English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development, with team leadership experience.
- Frontend development experience with ReactJS.
- Strong system analysis, problem- solving, and teamwork skills.
- Backend development experience with Java, Golang, Rust, or Node.js.
- Strong experience in designing REST/gRPC APIs and distributed systems.
- Solid understanding of Microservices and Micro- Frontend architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms.
