Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our ERP consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, project management,and business process optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellentproblem- solving abilities, capable of leading projects and guiding clients through complex ERP implementations and upgrades.
Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS & BUSINESS ANALYSIS
Provide expert guidance on ERP best practices, system configuration, and process optimization.
Conduct comprehensive business process analyzes to identify client needs (small size projects), understand their business objectives, processes, and challenges, and translate requirements into.
Develop detailed system requirements and specifications based on client needs.
Assist with data migration, integration, and testing activities as part of the implementation process.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Develop and implement change management strategies to support user adoption of the new system.
Manage project risks and issues, ensuring they are effectively addressed and resolved.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Lead discovery & implementation small size projects, including initial discovery and requirements gathering, system setup, configuration, and customization to align with client business processes.
Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, meet quality standards and client expectations.
EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION & CLIENT FACING
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post- implementation, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Lead workshops and training sessions for clients&039; key stakeholders and end users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the ERP system.
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION & MENTORSHIP
Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Qualifications
Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good knowledge of leading ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or Odoo) and related technologies.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced, client- focused environment.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems independently.
Willingness to work at night to communicate with clients in the US several days a week.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in ERP consulting, with a proven track record of successful project delivery is preferred.
Good understanding of business processes across various industries, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, retail and field services is preferred.
Experience with ERP implementation is a plus, ideally with the most prominent and widely used in the industry such as Odoo (preferred).
