The Lead Engineer – Project Management will manage the projects for Medical production according to BBraun standard ( PEM B.braun)
- Report and document the overall project execution.
- Planning projects realistically with achievable and fact- based goals, scope, costs and timelines.
- Lead overall project and coordinate the project operations. Manage communication between project team & stakeholders
- Escalate issues in the project on time according to the agreed rules.
- Ensure all aspects of project delivery. Ensure that project objectives are met
Task:
- Set up project structure, communication structure, set up and maintain resource needed for project.
- Transfer project deliverables to the project sponsor and decision makers. Handover project to production.
- Planning, monitoring and controlling the projects with all factors of cost, quality & time according to approved project charter.
- Apply PEM Bbraun included PEM- IT in project management according to Bbraun standard.
- Update project status on PEM- IT accordingly and support PEM- IT for production projects.
- Provide project information to all functional departments as request.
- Managing projects independently for Medical production. The projects could be technical projects and/or compliant projects which requested by local production or from global PMO.
- Fulfill all project document as requisition (project charter, schedule by Microsoft project professional, categorization, URS/FS, risk register, investment apprisal & cashout planning, decision matrix, procurement plan, design transfer checklist, hand over and project close- out lession learn…etc).
The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Direct Manager from time to time.

- Excellence in English communication for both speaking and writing
- Hands- on experience with MS Office, MS Project.
- Minimum of 3 years experience with project management in manufacturing companies. (healthcare manufacturing is an advantage).
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Good in planning, negotiating and presenting.
