Lead Business Analyst

Project Delivery
Consult, influence and present professional solutions to solve or improve clients’ business challenges. Plan, estimate, and report on work activities.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and analyze the required information and data.
Audit/review/consult/support BA team of a project if needed.
Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.
Make sure that all solutions recommended are functionally effective. Work closely with experts to ensure the solution is technically viable and cost- effective.
Define business requirements and report them back to stakeholders.
Analyze business flow and user requirement
Develop and manage internal and external relationships, maintain client satisfaction with respect to project activities and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
Understand client’s business process management and business requirements.
Work closely with the software delivery team to meet client expectations. Conducting system tests & user acceptance tests.
Conduct requirement elicitation workshop.
Handle escalating items from PM for the BA team.
Management
People allocation (for BAs).
Individual Development Plan.
Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents.
Plan for requirement phase at the beginning of the project.
Budgeting and forecasting.
Define requirement approach for each project.
Planning and monitoring BA works/ deliveries.
Assign tasks and manage teams to make sure that the project runs smoothly.
Define/ Enhance BA working processes.
Training/Mentoring
Provide feedback/ suggestion for BA competency improvement.
Conduct Training/ Mentoring for other members.
Prepare Training materials.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in IT, business or related field or an MBA.

Proven experiences as a Senior Business Analyst in software companies.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
