Currently, we are looking for a Lead Developer to join our team and contribute to building innovative global projects.
About the Role:

Architect and guide the development of modern backend applications (Spring Boot, Java/Kotlin) to support process execution and scalability.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and effective project controlling together with stakeholders.
Bring strong DevOps experience, including deploying applications into production environments and setting up robust logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure reliability and maintainability.
Document solutions, share knowledge internally, and assist in training other team members.
Test and propose new technologies to increase performance or improve the software development process.
Collaborate with clients and the project team to gather requirements, identify bottlenecks, and find opportunities for improvement in current operational processes.
Coordinate with the frontend team to ensure a consistent and effective user experience.
Participate in the team&039;s daily Scrum/Kanban activities: sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Implement modeled processes using BPM tools like Camunda (Camunda 8 preferred).
Lead the analysis, design, and modeling of business processes using BPMN, ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals.

Knowledge:

Proficient in Spring Boot with Java or Kotlin
Practical experience in leading development teams
Proficient with the Camunda BPM tool, with a preference for experience with Camunda 8.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position and 10 years of industry experience.
Practical experience in business process modeling and automation.
Masters&039;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Skills:

Teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Systematic thinking, with the ability to see the big picture and perform in- depth analysis of business processes.
Solid understanding of BPMN, system architecture, and the principle of clear separation between business logic and process logic.
Excellent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for the work environment and complex technical discussions (C1 level).

Allowance: Lunch allowance of 30,000 VND/day
Salary: 80,000,000 VND or negotiable based on ability
