About the Role
We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to spearhead the development of large- scale AI systems and define the next generation of intelligent, human- centered products.In this role, you will take ownership of designing, training, and deploying cutting- edge Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision- Language Models (VLMs), and Generative AI solutions that create measurable business and user impact.
Depending on your expertise, you will lead initiatives in one of the following areas:
Track 1 – Vision & Multimodal AI
Build robust and scalable data and model pipelines, ensuring reproducibility and strong benchmark performance.
Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and autonomy within the AI team.
Design, train, and evaluate Vision- Language Models (VLMs) optimized for practical, high- impact use cases.
Lead the research and deployment of visual understanding systems such as face liveness detection and anti- spoofing.
Track 2 – Generative AI & LLM Systems
Excercise responsible AI practices, ensuring fairness, privacy, transparency, and safety in all systems.
Establish and maintain MLOps best practices for AI lifecycle management: model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Continuously evaluate and experiment with new research, architectures, and open- source models to sustain innovation and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams — including ML engineers, data scientists, and product leaders — to integrate AI seamlessly into products.
Build and scale production- grade AI applications — including conversational agents, generative content systems, and intelligent automation platforms.
Architect and deliver end- to- end generative AI solutions leveraging state- of- the- art foundation models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral).
Develop and optimize LLM fine- tuning pipelines, prompt engineering workflows, retrieval- augmented generation (RAG), and alignment techniques.
Provide strategic and technical leadership in emerging generative AI frameworks and methodologies.
