Lễ Tân Part-Time

We are looking for 01 receptionist who has responsible for providing visitor, secretarial and administrative support.
The holder job will cover the following responsibilities:

Assist or direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions;
Purchasing monthly necessary items such as pantry stuff, cleaners chemicals, toilet paper;
Assist the management and other staff as requested;
Maintain security by following procedures;
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls;
Perform other related duties as requested.
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries;

Working hours
: Mon- Fri

Afternoon: 13h30- 17h30
Morning: 8h- 12h
Preference will be given to candidates who can work 8 hours a day (8:00 AM- 5:30 PM).

Eager to learn, detail- oriented and supportive attitude;
Excellent and effective communication skills;
Be responsible, trustworthy, careful and organized;
Knowledge of email, MS Office;
Able to speaking and writing in English;
