Job requirement:

Mechanics are responsible to the team CRS Staff when performing aircraft maintenance

Mechanics are responsible for head- set duties when assigned.

Perform ground handling tasks unsupervised and aircraft maintenance under the supervision

f the Team Leader.

Inform the team CRS Staff of findings or unexpected deficiencies as soon as practical

Sign for the work performed in “MECH” box in maintenance records, if the work was accomplished satisfactory.

Participate in department meetings and briefings as required

Inform the CRS Staff when maintenance tasks are completed and ready for inspection

Ensure the Operator Handling Form, is completed and signed by the customer representative

Additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge

Must have an Intermediate level /College degree related to Technical or higher

Skill
· Speaking and writing English well.
· Must have basic mechanical skills.
· Good interpersonal communication skills.
· Good in hand tool usage
Attitude:

Possess a can- do attitude.
Must be goal oriented, have an exceptional attention to detail, and must work well in team situations and as an individual.
Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work any and all shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Must take instruction and guidance well.

Experience:

If entry level, must have a strong work ethic and a strong desire to learn.
Minimum 1 years of experience with the same position or equivalent.

· Willing to learn, conscientious and enthusiastic.
Competencies required
