• Improve service skills and knowledge in terms of technology and product changes followed by Service Manager’s requirement
• Information record and report to Service Manager in a timely manner
• Provide timely post- sale service support to customer follow by Fujifilm Business Innovation Vietnam standards
• Provide post- sale service activities (installation, break fix, customer training, maintenance, customer call assistance…).
• Ensure product performance and service cost are followed by company target
• Ensure customer satisfaction are achieved within own Machine in Field (MIF) territory
• Maintain service tool, van kit, technical documentation in top good condition
Requirement
• Prefer 1- 3 years of working experience in printing industry
• Bachelor/ College Degree of Technical University, Electrical, Electronic industry or Information Technology
• Intermediate English skills
• Competent in Computer, some common office software applications, MS. Office,…
• Logic, Responsibility & Honesty
