Read drawings well (drawing ability, design ability)
Find the cause of machine failure and solve the problem.
Design mechanical parts to improve existing systems.
Report work to superiors in English
Check hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Manage electrical system maintenance (air compressor, chiller (AHU), boiler, DI water, RO system, etc.)
Manage maintenance workers
Can stay overtime if the machine has a problem and requires staying at the discretion of the superior
Analyze mechanical drawings. and plan for repair changes

A person who is fimailiar of hydraulic system, pneumatic system
A person who can design mechaical parts to improve existing system.
A person who can find malfunction cause of machine and solve the problem.
A person who can control workers well.
A person who can communicate in english.
A person who can use cad well (drawing ability, design ability)
A person who can analyze mechanical drawing.
A person who can work overtime until person make machine normal status when machine has problem.
A person who have experienced maintenance utility (air compressor, chiller(AHU), Steam boiler, DI water, RO system, etc)

No Electrical or assembly experience required
