Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly self- motivated and results- oriented Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical support for our range of industrial equipment and spare parts. This role requires a strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
Expand and maintain the existing customer base by building strong relationships and providing ongoing support.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company&039;s profitability and growth.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis regularly.
Schedule and Conduct regular technical sales meetings at customer sites (weekly basis).
Visit 3- 4 clients and factories per month.
• Technical Support & Product Knowledge:
Stay up- to- date on product knowledge through training, webinars, and self- study.
Understand technical documentation and blueprints to support sales efforts.
Assist the service team in developing sales/service networks and identifying potential customers.
Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Act as a professional representative of the company, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Follow up on leads and cultivate new contacts.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
Work effectively within a team environment.
Report discrepancies, unresolved issues, or recurring problems to the office.
Assist in delivery, installation, commissioning, training, and after- sales support.
• Marketing & Brand Development:
Attend brand trainings and webinars for product introductions
Contribute to marketing initiatives and brand development.
