Korean speaking Guest Relations Officer

• Trace relevant statistics about clientele
• Greet Korean guests and other guests when needed upon arrival
• Assist with translations (information; guest directory; menus etc) as required
• Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of guests
• Assist in any other duties when required by the Guest Relations Manager
• Plan and co- ordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to Korean guests and other guests when needed
• Room Korean guests and other guests when needed
• Co- ordinate and supervise all activities for Korean guests and other guests when needed
• Plan and co- ordinate all promotional activities targeting clients
• Assist with check- ins/check- outs of Korean guests and other guests when needed
• Plan and conduct group and function rundown meetings
• Schedule activities for Korean guests and other guests when needed
• Cover guest relations desk
• Provide feedback from Guests to Front Office Manager for action
• Assist Korean guests and other guests when needed with airline bookings and reconfirmation’s
• Attend recreation activities when necessary

Required Skills:
• Able to read and write English
• Able to read, write and speak Korean
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
Experience:
• 1 year experience in front office / guest services operations / customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
