(Korean Speaker) Guest Experiences Manager

- Lead Korean speaking team across all operational departments, provide trainings and coaching for them to maintain highest services standards among the operations
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to our Korean guests and ensure a seamless luxury stay experience. This role serves as the primary liaison for Korean- speaking guests, handling VIP arrivals, special requests, feedback, and service recovery while upholding 5- star hospitality standards.
- Anticipate guest needs, coordinate closely with all hotel departments, and foster strong relationships to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and positive reviews. The position also supports cultural alignment, communication, and tailored services for the Korean market.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor in Hospitality/ Hotel Management/ Languages or relevant major
- At least 2 years of experiences in similar positions in 5- star hotels
