Korean Business Analyst

Maintain and verify requirements specifications according to established baselines
Act as a trusted consultant to our clients and implementation partners
Formulates and defines project scope and objectives through research and fact- finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
Participate in all Agile/Scrum activities company- wide and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
Gather define and prioritize requirements of the project in close collaboration with the client; come up with the optimal solution for the product
Create flow diagrams to get to grips with process issues, bottlenecks and guide other team members in their understanding of the subject matter
Support the engineering team throughout the delivery process to iron out ambiguity or complexity

Must have:

Detail oriented, logic mindset and systematic thinking
Understand and apply fully BA’s task and process
Have at least 3 years of experience as a Software Business Analyst
Korean equivalent to Topik 4 (good communication);
Knowledge of wire- frame prototype designing
Problem analyzing, problem solving skills
Knowledge of agile development and sprint methodology

Would be a plus point if having the below skills:

Technical knowledge is a plus (API, SQL, ...)
Sale and pre- sale experience are advantages
Studied or worked in Korea are advantages
