Job Summary
▪This role requires a deep understanding of the Beauty industry, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in key account management.
▪ Building strong relationships with key clients, maximizing sales opportunities, and driving business growth.
▪ Managing and developing key accounts within the Multi- brand Store (MBS) & GT channels.
▪ Handle important administrative tasks, such as order processing, trading terms, contract management.
Principal Accountabilities
Key Account Management
- Develop an in- depth understanding of their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with key clients in the MBS and GT channels, serving as their primary point of contact.
Sales and Business Development
- Develop account- specific strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing and Product Development, to develop tailored solutions for key clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing key accounts and proactively pursue them.
Account Planning and Execution
- Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strategic account plans, including sales targets, objectives, and action plans.
- Implement account strategies to achieve sales goals and increase market share.
Negotiation and Contract Management
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with key clients, including pricing, promotions, and trade agreements.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Market and Competitive Analysis
- Identify opportunities for growth and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Conduct regular market analysis and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
Cross- functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to develop effective promotional activities and merchandising plans.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain a comprehensive customer database and ensure accurate and up- to- date account information.
- Proactively anticipate customer needs and exceed their expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
