Job Description:
· Develop annual sales targets, annual sales plans, and annual marketing plans for assigned channels.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the General Director.
· Coordinate and support cross- functional teams in handling arising tasks
· Prepare sales data analysis reports to propose revenue improvement plans for MT/GT channels.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers/ MD teams of MT systems (supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience store chains, and distributors).
· Ensure in- store execution including POSM, display, and sampling; monitor display effectiveness and propose improvement actions to distributors.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential opportunities.
· Propose, implement, and track promotional programs to boost sales performance and expand market coverage.
· Monitor and handle matters related to contracts, accounts receivable, trading terms, listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
