Kế Toán Viên

Main Tasks in Accounting Field:
- Be responsible for issuing VAT invoices, VAT reports;
- Manage and supervise all supporting documents, Account Payable, Account Receivable, make domestic payments and overseas payments;
- Be responsible for the day- to- day activities in accounting department, maintain the accounting database and ensure its reliability;
- Record transactions on the Fast Accounting system and prepare monthly accounting reports requested by CA accurately, timely;
- Organize, manage and store Accounting documents;
- Ad- hoc assignment as required.
- Support to purchase import goods;
- Perform Petty Cash and Bank Reconciliation monthly;
Human Resources Tasks:
- Administer timesheet report and payroll monthly;
- Manage and execute labor contracts.
- Perform all the reports and activities related to SHUI, PIT report;
- Arrange business trip for BOD and employees.

Qualification & Experience:
- Under 25 years old is preferred.
- Open for Fresher in accounting field;
- Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, prefer University of Economics Ho Chi Minh city or University of Economics and Law;
Skills:
- Has a positive and ‘can- do’ attitude with the ability to work to meet deadlines, work independently and work in a team.
- Good time management;
- Good command of English, both spoken and written preferred;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;

- Gross salary is from VND 8,000,000 to VND 10,000,000 per month based on Candidate’s ability.
