Job Description:
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Track and manage inventory, raw materials, finished goods, tools and equipment (T&E), fixed assets, depreciation, etc. for accounting purposes.
Prepare financial and management reports on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis for the Board of Directors, including P&L statement, cashflow, and forecasting.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, performing regular reconciliations with domestic and international suppliers and customers.
Review and prepare VAT, Personal Income Tax (PIT), and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) reports on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis, along with other required reports.
Coordinate with other departments (production, import- export, logistics, etc.) to ensure the accuracy of accounting information flow.
Responsible for controlling and accounting for all data from detailed to general levels, and for all accounting functions of the company in accordance with regulations and accounting standards.
