We are looking for a hands- on Internal Accountant with heart, someone who truly enjoys serving people and working closely with the team.
Key Responsibilities
• Issue VAT invoices and adjustment invoices accurately on a daily basis
• Prepare payment requests for Director approval based on internal submissions
• Maintain and organize payment documents (bank transfer records) for tracking and audit purposes
• Collect and manage invoices arising from daily business transactions
• Perform daily bank reconciliation to ensure all transactions are properly recorded
• Support payroll calculation, social insurance registration, and other HR- related accounting tasks
• Handle internal accounting entries and related administrative processes
• Reconcile customer receivables based on contracts (bi- weekly and monthly)
• Record basic accounting transactions using MISA software
• Provide daily financial data to Kate for reporting

Previous experience in a small restaurant, FnB, Retail, Hospitality
Requirements
