Junior Web Developer Java/ ReactJS

We are seeking a Junior Web Developer (1–3 years of experience) to join our team. The candidate should have hands- on experience in Java Web development using at least one of the following frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Servlet, JSP, Struts, Hibernate, Java Server Faces (JSF) or ReactJS. In addition, the candidate must possess solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 for building responsive and user- friendly frontend interfaces.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
Keep up- to- date with new web technologies and suggest improvements.
Write clean, maintainable, and well- documented code following best practices.
Experience with RESTful APIs for web applications.
Debug and fix technical issues to improve application stability and performance.
Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications (Internet Banking) and Mobile Banking applications (web view) using the company’s internal frameworks or ReactJS.
Collaborate with senior developers and project managers to understand requirements and deliver features on time.

Qualifications

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Able to work independently as well as team work.
Basic knowledge of Java Web frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot, MVC, Hibernate) or ReactJS and related libraries.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to project needs.
Strong problem- solving and analytical thinking skills.
Can work under high pressure, detail- oriented, and careful.
Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ Typescript

Preferred Skills (Plus but not required)

Have got acknowledge about Banking/ Finance
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
