This includes:- The host- side services that translates ROS2 data and serves it via gRPC and RTSP.- The guest- side client (in Java/Kotlin) that runs as a persistent service within AAOS, receiving the data and making it available to all IVI apps.
Develop example IVI applications (in Java/Kotlin).
Work closely with the simulation team to define the data APIs for the digital twin.
Manage our Android Automotive OS (AAOS) platform, running in a QEMU/KVM virtualized environment.
Design and develop the central data bridge that connects our ADAS system (ROS2) to the Android environment.

Comfortable working in a Linux environment and using virtualization tools (QEMU/KVM).
Experience with Android development (Android Studio, SDK, app/service lifecycle).
Strong programming skills in Java/Kotlin and Python.
A Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
A solid understanding of client- server architectures, networking (TCP/UDP), and APIs (gRPC or REST).
A "full- stack" mindset and a passion for building complex, end- to- end systems.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have):
- Experience building the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) from source.
- Familiarity with gRPC/Protobuf.
- Knowledge of video streaming (RTSP, H.264) and Android media players (ExoPlayer).
