Junior/ Senior/ Lead Backend Developers Golang / C#

For All Levels:

Enforce coding standards and performing code reviews to maintain a clean, maintainable codebase.
Utilize design patterns and best practices in system reliability, including resiliency, autoscaling, monitoring, and alerting.
Design and implement features used across the platform to ensure consistency and scalability.
Maintain existing Golang based microservices and develop new backend service on the platform.
Identify and resolve complex technical challenges across software and infrastructure, continuously improving performance and scalability.
Implement automated testing to ensure reliability and early bug detection.

Additional for Lead Developers:

Design, develop, test and implement applications.
Perform complex data processing and analysis regularly to provide informative report for decision making.
Lead, guide and support a team to complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
Identify and solve complex problems using all available methods and resources.
Perform research and development to evaluate emerging technologies and their potential to optimize the platform.
Responsible for business requirement gathering and analysis.

Yêu cầu công việc

Solid understanding of software architecture, algorithms, and database fundamentals.
Proficiency in backend development; Golang preferred, but strong C experience with willingness to learn Golang considered.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Good ENGLISH communication skills are required to work with international team.
Strong problem- solving skills, self- motivation, and ability to work in a team.

For Senior & Lead Developers:

Hands- on experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and advanced design patterns.
4+ years of backend development experience.
Proven track record in automated testing, code review, and performance optimization.
