Junior Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking Mufg Bank, Ltd., Ho Chi Minh City Branch

- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and understand their needs in order to provide a high quality of service, under the guidance of more experienced members of the team.
- Support the team leader in the delivery of relevant banking services to customers, in own coverage area to meet the department&039;s revenue targets.
- Work in partnership with Operations to ensure smooth processing of transactions
- Develop recommendations for continuous improvement of operational efficiency and support implementation.
- Review financial models and research in order to develop a detailed understanding of the Bank’s customers and their business strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
- Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
- Work in partnership with Compliance to understand local regulations.
- Collate information from customers in order to perform operational activities including but not limited to compliance checks and transaction processing.
- Work in partnership with Credit on any credit issues associated with the deal.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits.
- Support more experienced members of the team by conducting operational activities in order to develop and maintain customer relationships.
Report to: Department Head

- Good understanding of local finance laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively and courteously with others.
- Good stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments.
- At least 1 year experience of Relationship Manager for Corporate banking
- Detailed understanding of MUFG’s products and services.
- Good communication skills in English with the ability to influence others and sell products.
