Junior Product Owner

Position OverviewWe&039;re seeking a motivated Junior Product Owner to join our product team and contribute to the development of our vehicle inspection platform. As a Junior Product Owner at Pave.ai, you&039;ll support the product development process, learn to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, and help deliver value to dealerships, fleet operators, insurers, and vehicle marketplaces. Key Responsibilities
Product Development Suppor

Assist in defining and documenting product requirements and user stories
Document product decisions and maintain product documentation
Support the product roadmap execution under senior guidance
Participate in feature prioritization discussions and learn decision frameworks
Help translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements

Stakeholder Collaboration

Help coordinate cross- functional meetings and follow- ups
Gather and consolidate feedback from internal teams and customers
Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
Assist in preparing product updates and presentations
Support communication between engineering, design, and business teams

Agile Process Participation

Maintain and organize the product backlog under supervision
Participate actively in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Write clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria
Support the development team by clarifying requirements
Track sprint progress and help identify blockers

Learning & Development

Study agile methodologies and best practices
Learn AI/ML fundamentals and their applications in our platform
Develop understanding of the automotive inspection industry
Actively seek feedback and implement improvements
Build product management skills through hands- on experience

Required Qualifications
Experience

Fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects are welcome
0- 2 years of product management, business analysis, or related experience
Demonstrated interest in product management through coursework, certifications, or side projects
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
Experience working in cross- functional teams (academic or professional)

Technical Skills

Experience with or willingness to learn product management tools (Jira, Confluence)
Basic understanding of technology concepts and software development
Basic knowledge of APIs and how systems integrate
Ability to create wireframes and mockups using basic tools
Familiarity with data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets
Interest in AI/ML technologies and their business applications

Soft Skills

Strong analytical thinking and problem- solving abilities

Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
Familiarity with SQL or basic data querying
Experience with product analytics tools
Knowledge of the automotive industry or B2B SaaS
